【血管清道夫】養生黑木耳露
內容物：台灣白背黑木耳100g、嘉義龍眼肉20g、紅棗20顆、野生甘草5片。

食用方法：
1、黑木耳洗淨、紅棗洗淨切開。
2、生薑10-20片。
3、內鍋水約1200c.c.外鍋水約400c.c.
4、晚上睡覺前用電鍋煮一次，早上外鍋再加一次水煮一次。

常喝有助血管暢通。

保存方式：建議冷藏。
