烏魚子是雌性烏魚的魚卵及卵巢合稱烏魚子，是鹽漬後乾燥的水產加工食品。
漁民捕獲雌性烏魚後，將取出的烏魚子清洗乾淨後，以食鹽醃漬脫水去腥，
再經過曝曬、陰乾即可。
正新嚴選來自雲林口湖鄉的道地台灣烏魚子，保證不會死鹹。

｜食用方法｜

將烏魚子退冰後，以米酒或高粱酒，塗抹烏魚子表面或是浸泡烏魚子，
再以鍋子煎雙面約3-5分鐘即可，此時烏魚子洽熟，口感最佳。

■保存期限：冰箱冷凍1年。
■保存方式：請放置冰箱冷凍。
■商品規格：依圖片由左至右分為小中大，重量約為：小片約4兩上下、中片約6兩上、大片約8兩上。
