雪燕由雪燕樹的木髓分泌而成,其產量精華且稀少,初分泌的雪燕呈白色透明,經氧化後色澤加深,形成紅、黑或褐色雪燕。天然的雪燕散發微酸氣味,但經泡發後酸味即會消失,品嚐時亦無任何酸味。

|食用方法|

▪ 取適量雪燕,用清水浸泡10小時。
▪ 浸泡後的雪燕會脹大,呈晶瑩剔透狀。
▪ 加純水蓋過食材小火燉煮約20分鐘,加入冰糖即可食用。
▪ 不建議燉煮過久燉煮過久的雪燕會融化於水中。
