發泡方法:
1、第一天先泡水冷藏。
2、第二天水滾後放入,小火煮2-3分鐘,熄火悶4個小時,換乾淨水冷藏。
3、第三天以蔥薑酒去腥後,即可料理。


保存方式:冷藏。
