又稱鰻魚肚、牛角肚,是花膠的一種
其主要成份為膠原蛋白、多種維生素及微量元素,有滋補及藥用價值

■乾的鰻魚鰾發泡需約3天。
■發泡好的鰻魚鰾(本產品),可以單獨跟高湯一起燉煮
■也可與魚翅、高湯一起燉煮
■保存方式:發泡好的鰻魚鰾(本產品)請放置冰箱冷凍。
