雪蛤,又稱蛤士膜油,也稱蛤士膜,主要產自於中國東北地區,為古代流傳至今之珍貴藥材,高級甜品。

|食用方法|
■取適量乾淨雪蛤,浸泡約六至八小時。(雪蛤發泡倍數高,建議用寬口徑之鍋子浸泡)
■浸泡後若還有細小膜或雜質可再用小夾子挑除。
燉煮:內鍋加入清水,依個人喜好加入粉光蔘、枸杞、紅棗或冰糖等食材,外鍋一碗水,電鍋跳起即可食用。
■為保持新鮮,燉好之雪蛤甜品請儘速食用完畢。
■保存方式:請放置冰箱冷凍。
