Description

台灣麥茶,在家自己煮,天然解渴好喝,無咖啡因,不傷胃。
食用方法:
1、取約50g麥茶,加入約2000c.c.的水。
2、大火煮滾後轉中火煮約10分鐘,熄火悶著。
3、可依個人口味加入冰糖或蜂蜜。也可加入一小匙決明子一同煮,更添風味。
4、夏天喝可加入冰塊或放涼後放入冰箱冰鎮,就是冰涼消暑的麥茶。
保存方式:乾燥或冷藏。
